LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy
I offer an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, focusing on identity validation and helping clients navigate societal pressures while embracing and honoring their authentic selves.
MBCT
By combining mindfulness techniques with cognitive therapy, MBCT is particularly effective for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, helping you stay grounded and present in the face of challenges.
EMDR
EMDR therapy is an evidence-based approach for processing past trauma, helping you reprocess distressing memories, reduce emotional pain, and create new, healthier emotional pathways.
Collaborative Therapy
Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. You’ll play an active role in the process, ensuring the work is aligned with your personal goals for healing and growth.
The future of mental health care lies in blending data-driven scientific research with the wisdom of holistic healing traditions that have been validated through time. Integrative Psychology is at the forefront of this evolution, offering a comprehensive approach to mental wellness.
As an Integrative Depth Psychologist, I focus on the unconscious mind as a pathway to emotional wellness, utilizing research-backed psychoanalytic methods. My approach is also trauma-informed, ensuring that I am trained to assess and support clients in healing from post-traumatic experiences, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
For couples therapy, I use Dialogue Therapy, an integrative approach that combines psychoanalytic strategies, mindfulness, and elements of drama therapy. This approach helps couples develop essential skills to navigate conflicts, improve communication, and foster deeper intimacy.
